Delivery Information
Every delivery is different. We will do our very best to deliver your flowers, but in the event that there is a difficulty with a delivery, we will call you to resolve things. Please keep your phone on during the day of delivery, so that we can contact you if there is an issue.
When do you deliver?
Deliveries are available on all days except Sundays and Public Holidays. For next day delivery, orders must be placed by 5pm.
Where do you deliver to?
Ivy Shed delivers to the greater Adelaide region. At checkout, your postcode will be verified to make sure we can deliver to you. If you wish to arrange a delivery outside of our standard delivery areas, please call on 0417 219 512.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees vary, and are calculated at checkout, by postcode.
Can you leave the flowers if nobody is there to receive them?
If nobody is present to receive the flowers, we may not be able to leave them (e.g. if there is no suitable location to leave the flowers, or if the weather is bad). If this occurs, we will be more than happy to arrange a new delivery time with you, for which an additional delivery fee will apply.
What time will the flowers be delivered?
Deliveries will be made during business hours on the day you have requested, but the time of day will vary depending on various factors, such as the location and the number of deliveries being made on any given day.
